Yes. The hotel has a lift, so the upper floors are reachable without stairs.

Yes, we are open all year. Cide fills up in summer, but the hotel does not close out of season — call us for winter dates too.

Unfortunately not. Pets cannot be accommodated at the hotel.

You call us and we check availability. If a room is free we put you on the waiting list, and you pay by bank transfer within the window we agree on the call. Once the payment reaches our account we create the reservation and confirm it by phone.

Going on the waiting list is not a reservation — the room is only held while you arrange payment. It becomes a confirmed reservation once your payment has reached our account.

Payment is due within the window we agree on the call — the window depends on the dates and how full we are, so we tell you on the call. Holds that are not paid in time are released, and the hotel cannot be held responsible for this.

Your check-in and check-out dates, the number of nights, the number of guests and the ages of any children, your preferred room type and your full name. With those to hand the call takes a couple of minutes.

Once your payment arrives we call you back to confirm the reservation. If you have not had that call, please get in touch on +90 542 366 18 13.

The reservation payment is by bank transfer (havale or EFT) — from your banking app, from online banking, or at a branch. At the hotel we also take cash and credit card, for the balance and for anything you add during your stay.

Payments go to our Halk Bankası account. The account holder is Eyka Saygın Gıda İnş. Turz. Tem. Hiz. Tic. ve San. Ltd. Şti., IBAN TR59 0001 2001 7130 0010 1000 06.

No. What you send to confirm the booking is 50% of the total as a deposit — the full amount for a one-night stay. The reservation is final the moment the payment reaches our account. The balance is paid at the hotel on arrival, by cash or credit card.

Havale is a transfer within the same bank and works 24/7. EFT goes to a different bank and only runs on weekdays between 09:00 - 16:00. Plan your payment window accordingly.

Write your full name and your check-in date — for example John Smith - 12/08/2026. That is how we match your payment to your booking.

Salapurya Hotel charges no fee or commission. Your own bank may charge a transfer fee, which it shows on the final screen before you confirm.

Cancel 7 days or more before check-in and 100% of what you paid is refunded. Inside the last 7 days no refund can be issued.

If you do not arrive and have not told us in advance, the stay is treated as used and no refund is issued.

Yes — once free of charge, up to 7 days before check-in and subject to availability. Later requests are handled case by case.

Approved refunds are sent within 14 business days to the account the payment came from.

If you check out earlier than booked and let us know by check-out time, 50% of the remaining nights is charged to your account.

Accommodation booked for a specific date is excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal by article 15/1-g of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. Our own cancellation terms above therefore apply.

We have Standard, Deluxe and Sea View rooms. That is 27 rooms in total — each type's bed layout and rate is on its own room page.

Our rooms sleep 1-4 guests. Capacity and bed layout vary from room to room, so just tell us your party size when you book.

Our rates include breakfast and taxes. Each figure shown is the room's total for one night at the number of guests it is listed under — it is not multiplied per person.

Yes, we have 6 sea view rooms with balconies looking out over the Black Sea. There are only a few, so book early.

Rooms are ready from 14:00. If you would like to arrive earlier, tell us when you book or at reception — early check-in depends on availability.

Please vacate the room by 11:00. Late check-out can be requested at reception and is subject to an additional fee.

Yes. Guests under 18 stay with a parent. Tell us the children's ages when you book and we will pick a suitable room type with you.

Breakfast is included in the rate and is served every morning between 08:00 - 10:00. For anything else, just ask at reception.

There is no restaurant at the hotel — breakfast (08:00 - 10:00), which is included in the rate, is the only meal we serve. We are in the centre of Cide, so places to eat are within walking distance.
