Terms in Detail
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in
Cancel 7 days or more before your check-in date and 100% of what you paid is refunded.
No refund inside the last 7 days
For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, no refund can be issued.
Not arriving without notice
If you do not arrive and have not told us in advance, the stay is treated as used and no refund is issued.
Date changes
You can move your dates once free of charge, up to 7 days before check-in and subject to availability. Later requests are handled case by case.
How to cancel
Call +90 542 366 18 13 to cancel or change a reservation. We log your request and confirm it back to you, so please make sure you have that confirmation.
When the refund arrives
An approved refund is sent within 14 business days to the account the payment was made from.
Right of withdrawal
Accommodation booked for a specific date is excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal by article 15/1-g of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette 27.11.2014, no. 29188). The terms above are therefore our own cancellation policy, and they are accepted when the payment is made.
Stay Rules
Check-in from 14:00
Rooms are ready from 14:00. If you would like to check in earlier, tell us when you book or at reception — early check-in depends on room availability.
Check-out by 11:00
Please vacate the room by 11:00. Late check-out can be requested at reception and is subject to an additional fee.
Leaving early
If you check out earlier than booked and let us know by check-out time, 50% of the remaining nights is charged to your account.
Age limit and ID
Every room needs at least one guest aged 18 or over; under-18s stay with a parent. All guests must show an ID card or passport at check-in — this is a legal requirement under Turkish law no. 1774.
